BENNINGTON TOWNSHIP
MANDATORY WEED GRASS CUTTING
Notice is hereby given to Bennington Township residents and property owners that Ordinance #02-06-01 requires that weeds and grass not cut by May 1st will be subject to be cut by the Township entering onto the property for such purpose and the owner of the property shall be charged with the cost as many times as is necessary, plus an additional $40.00 administration fee per cutting.
Cutting shall be to the depth of 10 rods or the depth of the property whichever is less and to a height of less than 12 inches.
This ordinance applies to residents and property owners of residential lands and/or subdivided lands.
