An ordinance to protect the public health, safety, and general welfare by establishing regulations relative to the operation, control, and management of cemetery or cemeteries owned by Township of Bennington, Shiawassee County, Michigan; To provide penalties for the violation of said ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict therewith.

Ordinance No. 03-02-01 - Burning Ordinance.

An Ordinance to protect the health, safety and general welfare of the persons and property within Bennington Township, Shiawassee County, Michigan, by regulating the burning of leaves, trash and any other combustible materials within the township; to provide penalties for the violation thereof and to repeal all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict therewith.  Amended on 10-20-2006 and Amended on 7-6-2009.

Ordinance Number 2019-09-01 - Prohibition of Recreational Marijuana Establishments Ordinance

An ordinance to provide a title for the ordinance; to define words; to prohibit marijuana establishments within the boundaries of Bennington Township, pursuant to initiated Law 1 of 2018, MCL 333.27951; to provide penalties for violation of this ordinance; to provide for severability; to repeal all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict therewith; and to provide an effective date.
