The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on November 18, 2021.
Chair Russ Thomas called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Russ Thomas, Donna Ash and Bill Nash.
Absent Larry Johnson, Frank Gregory, Dick Demerly and Jim Norder
A quorum did not exist.
Public comment; Ryan Garrison of 7291 Parkwood Drive, Fenton, MI 48430 spoke in behalf of his Variance Request #PZBA21-019.
The Board discussed the Variance Request #PZBA21-019 by Ryan Garrison of 7291 Parkwood Drive, Fenton, MI 48430. Site location is Lot 65, Manitou Knolls, Owosso, MI 48867; Tax ID# 010-54-065-000; Section11, Bennington Township. Because there was not a quorum of at least four members, no official business could be conducted.
Next meeting is December 16, 2021.
Chair Russ Thomas adjourned the meeting at 7:20
