The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on June 24, 2021. Chair Russ Thomas called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Russ Thomas, Dick Demerly, Frank Gregory, and Donna Ash.
Absent: Bill Nash, James Norder and Larry Johnson.
Moved by Frank Gregory to approve the meeting agenda. Seconded by Dick Demerly. Motion carried.
Moved by Frank Gregory to approve the minutes for the May 27, 2021 meeting as printed. Seconded by Dick Demerly. Motion carried.
Public Comment: None
Lot Line Adjustment/Combination for Robert & Debra Morgan. Russ Thomas moved to recommend approval of Lot Line Adjustment/Combination #PLLA21-014 for Robert & Debra Morgan parcel # 010-52-033-000 & 010-52-034-000. Seconded by Frank Gregory. Motion carried.
Site Plan Review for Constine Gravel Company. Donna Ash moved to recommend approval of Site Plan Review #PSPR21-005 for Constine Gravel Company, parcel #010-27-300-001. Seconded by Frank Gregory. Motion carried.
Dick Demerly moved to adjourn. Seconded by Frank Gregory. Motion carried.
