The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on December 17, 2020.
Chair Russ Thomas called the meeting to order at 7:01 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Russ Thomas, Donna Ash, Bill Nash, Frank Gregory, Larry Johnson and Jim Norder. Absent Dick Demerly
Moved by Larry Johnson to approve the meeting agenda. Seconded by Frank Gregory. Motion carried.
Moved by Larry Johnson to approve the minutes of the October 29, 2020 meeting. Seconded by Jim Norder. Motion carried.

Moved by Larry Johnson to approve the Application Lot Line Adjustment, Application #PLLA20-040 by Cynthia Gowdy of 4863 W. Grand River Rd., Owosso, MI 48867 and Ken Keusch of 6333 E. Parks Rd., St. Johns, MI 48879. Parent Parcels: 010-29-100-006 & 010-29-100-006-01: Bennington Township. Seconded by Jim Norder. Motion carried.
Moved by Russ Thomas to recommend to the Bennington Township Board to appoint Donna Ash to be the Planning Commission Administrator and Land Division/Lot Line Adjustment Administrator. Seconded by Larry Johnson. Motion carried.
Moved by Bill Nash to approve 2021 Bennington Township Planning Commission regular meeting dates for 2021. Seconded by Frank Gregory. Motion carried.
Next meeting is January 29, 2021.
