The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on October 29, 2020.
Chair Russ Thomas called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Russ Thomas, Donna Ash, Bill Nash, Frank Gregory, Larry Johnson and Dick Demerly. Absent Jim Norder.
Moved by Frank Gregory to approve the meeting agenda. Seconded by Dick Demerly. Motion carried.
Moved by Larry Johnson to approve the minutes of the August 27, 2020 meeting. Seconded by Dick Demerly. Motion carried.

Moved by Larry Johnson to approve the Land Division Application # PLD20-0027 by owner and applicant Kay A. Rinas, PO Box 15878, Newport Beach, CA 92659. Parent Parcel: 010-16-200-002-001 in Bennington Township is vacant land. The number of proposed divisions is two. Seconded by Frank Gregory. Motion carried.
Next meeting is November 19, 2020.
