June 25, 2020
The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on June 25, 2020. Chair Russ Thomas called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Russ Thomas, Dick Demerly, Frank Gregory, and Donna Ash.
Absent: Bill Nash, James Norder and Larry Johnson.
Moved by Frank Gregory to approve the meeting agenda. Seconded by Dick Demerly. Motion carried.
Moved by Dick Demerly to approve the minutes for the February 27, 2020 meeting as printed. Seconded by Frank Gregory. Motion carried.
Public Comment: None
Land Division for Stanton’s/Kathleen Swan. Property owners Lynn and Caren Minor were present to answer questions. Frank Gregory moved to recommend approval of Land Division #PLD20-0011 for Kathleen Swan/Lynn & Caren Minor parcel # 010-20-4010-001. Seconded by Russ Thomas. Motion carried.
Land Division for Cindy Garber. Frank Gregory moved to recommend approval of Lot Line Adjustment/Land Division #PLLA20—12 for Cindy Garber, parcel #010-06-200-002. Seconded by Russ Thomas. Motion carried.
Planning Commission Appointments – Russ Thomas and James Norder. Frank Gregory moved to reappoint Russ Thomas to the Planning Commission for a three year term expiring April 2023. Seconded by Dick Demerly. Motion carried. James Norder will be contacted to see if he would like to be reappointed.
Dick Demerly moved to adjourn. Seconded by Russ Thomas. Motion carried.
