The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on December 19, 2019.
Chair Russ Thomas called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Russ Thomas, Donna Ash, Bill Nash, Frank Gregory, Larry Johnson, Dick Demerly and Jim Norder.
Moved by Larry Johnson to approve the meeting agenda. Seconded by Frank Gregory. Motion carried.
Moved by Larry Johnson to approve the minutes for the November 21, 2019 meeting. Seconded by Dick Demerly. Motion carried.

Donna updated the Board on Shiawassee County’s Plan to update the County’s Master Plan. There will be a meeting of the Shiawassee County Planning Commission on January 22, 2020. Several members of the Bennington Planning Commission plan on attending this meeting and will report back.
The Bennington Township Board received a memorandum from the Shiawassee County Community Development Department listing a tentative work plan and dates of meetings. No Action taken.
Moved by Larry Johnson to approve the Bennington Township Land Division Application for Land Division/Lot Line Adjustment # PLLA19-0101 by Sandra England of 8165 S. M-52, Owosso, MI 48867. Site location is 8165 S. M-52, Parent Parcels: 010-66-007-001 & 010-34-100-001-02 Bennington Township. Seconded by Bill Nash. Motion carried.
Moved by Frank Gregory to approve the Bennington Township Planning Commission’s meeting dates for 2020 as printed. Seconded by Larry Johnson. Motion carried.
Next meeting is January 30, 2019.
Moved by Dick Demerly to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 pm. Seconded by Jim Norder. Motion carried.
