The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on September 26, 2019.
Chair Russ Thomas called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Russ Thomas, Donna Ash, Bill Nash, Frank Gregory, Jim Norder and Dick Demerly. Absent Larry Johnson.
Moved by Frank Gregory to approve the meeting agenda. Seconded by Jim Norder. Motion carried.
Moved by Donna Ash to approve the minutes with correction for the August 26, 2019 meeting. Seconded by Frank Gregory. Motion carried.

Moved by Russ Thomas to approve the Variance Request Application #PZBA19-026 by James Edward Builders on condition of a letter of approval from the Lake Association. Owners are Edward & Michelle French (buyers are Andy & Jennifer Pearson). Site location is 4935 Ottawa Ct., Owosso, MI 48867; Tax ID# 010-52-002-000; Section 10, Bennington Township. Seconded by Bill Nash. Motion carried.
Moved by Bill Nash to approve Land Division Application PLD19-0021 by Jerry D. Garrison Jr. of 1421 W. Bennington Rd., Owosso, MI 48867. Site location is the same; Parent Parcel #010-11-200-002-01.
