The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on July 25, 2019.
Chair Russ Thomas called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Russ Thomas, Donna Ash, Bill Nash, Frank Gregory, and Dick Demerly. Absent Larry Johnson and Jim Norder.
Moved by Frank Gregory to approve the meeting agenda. Seconded by Russ Thomas. Motion carried.
Moved by Dick Demerly to approve the minutes for the May 30, 2019 meeting. Seconded by Frank Gregory. Motion carried.

Moved by Frank Gregory to recommend to the Bennington Township Board to prohibit the licensing and establishment of marihuana establishments in Bennington Township. Seconded by Russ Thomas. Motion carried.
The Board discussed the Proposed Ordinance Amendments to Article 16 of the Shiawassee County Zoning Ordinance. No action taken.
The Board discussed Wolverine Sign Work proposal. No action taken.
Next meeting is August 29, 2019.
