The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on April 25, 2019.
Chair Russ Thomas called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Russ Thomas, Donna Ash, Bill Nash, Frank Gregory and Dick Demerly. Absent Jim Norder and Larry Johnson.
Moved by Frank Gregory to approve the meeting agenda. Seconded by Dick Demerly. Motion carried.
Moved by Dick Demerly to approve the minutes for the March 28, 2019 meeting. Seconded by Donna Ash. Motion carried.

Moved by Dick Demerly to approve Land Division Application #PLD19-0004 by Alec Faber, Owners are Fortitude Outdoor Training, LLC. Site Location is 4377 S. M-52, Owosso, MI 48867; Tax ID# 010-10-100-005-01; Section 10, Bennington Township. Seconded by Bill Nash. Motion carried.
The Board acknowledges receipt from the Shiawassee County Planning Commission the Proposed Ordinance Amendments to Article 16 of the Shiawassee County Zoning Ordinance for the Bennington Township Planning Commission’s reviewal. No Action taken.
Next meeting is May 30, 2019.
