The Bennington Township Planning Commission Meeting was held on March 28, 2019.
Chair Russ Thomas called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm at the Township Hall.
Members Present: Russ Thomas, Donna Ash, Bill Nash, Larry Johnson, Frank Gregory and Dick Demerly. Absent Jim Norder.
Moved by Larry Johnson to approve the meeting agenda. Seconded by Frank Gregory. Motion carried.
Moved by Larry Johnson to approve the minutes for the February 28, 2019 meeting. Seconded by Frank Gregory. Motion carried.

Moved by Larry Johnson to approve Variance Request # PZBA19-006 by Alex Faber. Owner is Fortitude Outdoor Training, LLC. Site location is 4377 S. M-52, Owosso, MI 48867; Tax ID #010-10-100-005-01; Section 10, Bennington Township. Seconded by Russ Thomas. Motion carried.
Moved by Frank Gregory to approve Land Division Application #PLD19-0006 by Mickey S. Nemeth, PO Box 421, Perry, MI 48872. Parent Parcel: 010-16-400-001-01, Bennington Township – site location is Brewer Rd. and S. M-52. Seconded by Bill Nash. Motion carried.
Moved by Russ Thomas to recommend to the Bennington Township Board for approval of an additional 3 year term on the Bennington Township Planning Commission for Larry Johnson and Bill Nash. Seconded by Frank Gregory. Motion carried.
