The Bennington Township regular board meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lee Ash on March 7, 2022, 7:00pm, at the Township Hall.
Present: Jim Forsythe, Matt Dutcher, Lee Ash, Cody Baker, Donna Ash.
Forsythe moved to approve the agenda as printed. Second by Baker. Motion carried.
Forsythe moved to approve the minutes for the February 7, 2022 regular board meeting as approved. Second by Dutcher. All board members in favor. Motion carried.
L. Ash moved to approve the Treasurer’s report as presented. Second by Forsythe. All board members in favor. Motion carried.
L. Ash moved to approve payment of the bills as presented in the amount of $11,464.55. Second by Forsythe. All board members in favor. Motion carried.

Co Comm Garber gave an update of county activities.

Plan Comm – D. Ash – No meeting.
Roads – L. Ash – Review projects for next meeting.

MTA Meeting Host – Bennington Township is host of the April 5 MTA meeting.
SATA Millage Renewal – Prepare wording for next meeting.
2021-2022 Budget Changes – Forsythe moved to amend the 2021-2022 budget by transferring $500.00 from Governing Body Misc. 101-101-958 to Governing Body Pension Fund 101-101-873, and transferring $1000.00 from Building & Grounds Capital Outlay 101-265-970 to Building & Grounds Twp Repairs & Maintenance 101-265-930. Second by Dutcher. All board members in favor. Motion carried.

L. Ash moved to dispense with regular meeting procedure and move to the business at hand. Second by Forsythe. All board members in favor. Motion carried.

Forsythe moved to approve the 2022 – 2023 budget as presented. Second by Baker. All board members in favor. Motion carried.
Forsythe moved to adjourn. Second by L. Ash. Motion carried.
