The Bennington Township Special Board Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lee Ash on June 29, 2020, 7:00pm, at the Township Hall.
Present: Jim Forsythe, Lee Ash, Donna Ash.
Not Present: Matt Dutcher, Cody Baker
Posted Special Meeting June 25, 2020, 9:00pm with agenda item of ACE Pyro Fireworks Permit.
Forsythe moved to suspend with regular meeting procedure and proceed to the business posted.
Second by D. Ash. Motion carried.
L. Ash moved to approve the 2020 Permit for Fireworks from Jon Nash – ACE Pyro for Fireworks at Lake Manitou, Owosso, July 3, 2020, 9:30pm – 11:30pm. Second by Forsythe. All board members present in favor. Motion carried.
Forsythe moved to adjourn. Second by D. Ash. Motion carried.
Adjournment at 7:05pm.
