The Bennington Township Special Board Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lee Ash on October 28, 2019, 7:00pm, at the Township Hall.
Present: Jim Forsythe, Matt Dutcher, Lee Ash, Donna Ash.
Forsythe moved to suspend the rules and move on to the business of the day. Second by Dutcher. All board members in favor. Motion carried.

Trustee Letter Review:
Five letters of interest were received for the open Trustee position. Applicants include Stephanie Zacharda, Herbert Confer Jr., Shane VanCise, Tammy Smith, Cody Baker.
Applicants present were given an opportunity to introduce themselves.
Trustee Appointment:
Forsythe moved to appoint Tammy Smith to fill the open Trustee position for a term ending November 20, 2020. Second by Dutcher. Roll call vote: Dutcher- yes, D. Ash- no, Forsythe- yes, L. Ash- no. Motion failed.
L. Ash moved to appoint Cody Baker to fill the open Trustee position for a term ending November 20, 2020. Second by Dutcher. D. Ash- no, Forsythe- yes, Dutcher- yes, L. Ash- yes. Motion carried.
Forsythe moved to adjourn. Second by Dutcher. Motion carried.
