July 7, 2014
The Bennington Township board meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lee Ash on July 7, 2014, 7:00pm at the Township Hall.
Present: Cindy Garber, Lee Ash, Nancy Zdunic, Donna Ash.
Not Present: Jim Forsythe
L. Ash moved to approve the agenda as printed. Second by Garber. Motion carried.
Zdunic moved to approve the minutes for the June 2, 2014 as printed. Second by L. Ash. All board members present in favor. Motion carried.
L. Ash moved to approve the Treasurer's report as presented. Second by Zdunic. All board members present in favor. Motion carried.
Zdunic moved to pay bills as presented in the amount of $34,826.02. Second by Garber. All board members present in favor. Motion carried.

Plan Comm- D. Ash- Reviewed one land division. L. Ash moved to concur with the Bennington Township Planning Commission to approve three land divisions for Richard Sayles on parent parcel #78-010-25-100-001 with the contention of receiving the signature of Kathryn Winsky, Trustee. Second by Zdunic. All board members present in favor. Motion carried.

Unfinished Business:
Hardy and Jennings Drain- Garber moved to adopt a resolution to consolidate the Hardy Drain and Jennings Drain. Second by Zdunic. All board members present in favor. Motion carried. (Complete wording of resolution available at the Township Hall.) L. Ash moved to petition the Drain Commission to consolidate the Hardy Drain and Jennings Drain. Second by Garber. All board members present in favor. Motion carried. (Complete petition wording available at the Township Hall.)
New Business:
Demis & Wenzlick- Zdunic moved to accept the contract from Demis & Wenzlick, P.C. to complete the audit for 2014 for $4,500.00, 2015 for $4,600.00, and 2016 for $4,700.00. Second by L. Ash. All board members present in favor. Motion carried.
Roof Bids- Roof bids were received from four companies, bids included prices for shingles and prices for metal roofing. Garber moved to accept the lowest bid received from Tony Sutter Builders to reshingle the Township Hall roof at a cost of $10,759.00. Second by L. Ash. All board members present in favor. Motion carried.
D. Ash moved to adjourn. Second by L. Ash. Motion carried.
