The Bennington Township regular board meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lee Ash on December 5, 2011, 7:00pm, at the Township Hall.
Present: Cindy Garber, Lee Ash, Nancy Zdunic, Donna Ash.
Jim Forsythe arrived at 7: 10pm.
L. Ash moved to approve the agenda as printed. Second by D. Ash. Motion carried.
Zdunic moved to approve the minutes for the November 7, 2011 as printed. Second by L. Ash. All board members present in favor. Motion carried.
L. Ash moved to approve the Treasurer's report as presented. Second by Zdunic. All board members present in favor. Motion carried.
L. Ash moved to pay bills as presented in the amount of $23,819.75.
Second by Garber. All board members present in favor. Motion carried.
Public Comment:
Deputy Duffield- Update, including a report on the recent burglaries in
the area with suspects in custody.
Board Reports:
Library- E. Humphrey- Minutes on file. (Forsythe arrived, 7:10pm)
Dale Roszman- County Comm. Update. Contracted with the Humane Society to
take the Animal Control dogs for the county. County agreed to continue
with the 4-H program with $35,000.
Plan Comm-D. Ash- Met with Rowe and went over the
Land Use Updates. Next meeting 12-15-11.
Roads- L. Ash- December 13,2011 Annual Meeting. WebPage- Forsythe-
Update.

Wenzlick Letter- Placed on file.
Bennington Hills Crack Fill- Forsythe moved to approve the agreement for
Bennington Hills Crack Fill at a total cost of $8,180.00, payable in
2012, without the agreement of a maximum 10% increase. Second by Zdunic.
All board members in favor. Motion carried.
Burnham
&
Flower- Forsythe moved to
accept the insurance renewal with Burnham & Flower at $4,000,000 at a
cost of $5,618.00. Second by Garber.
All board members in favor. Motion carried.
FEMA- The Township's Floodplain application has been approved.
Budget Review
Forsythe moved to adjourn. Second by L. Ash. Motion carried.
