The Bennington Township regular board meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lee Ash on May 3, 2010, 7:00pm at the Township Hall.

Present: Jim Forsythe, Cindy Garber, Lee Ash, Nancy Zdunic, Donna Ash.

Forsythe moved to approve the agenda as printed. Second by L. Ash. Motion carried.

Forsythe moved to approve the minutes for April 5, 2010 regular board meeting as printed.  Second by Garber. Yes-5, No-0. Motion carried.

Forsythe moved to approve the Treasurer report as presented. Second by Zdunic. Yes-5, No-0. Motion carried.

Forsythe moved to approve payment of the bills as presented in the amount of $19,462.47. Second by L. Ash. Yes-5, No-0. Motion carried.

Plan Comm- D. Ash- Presentation from Shia. Co. Economic Development on Project Ready Sites. Reviewed a Dimensional Variance Request.

Roads- L. Ash- Reviewed 2010 road projects. Forsythe moved to approve the road project of the North end of Waugh Road, 0.32 miles, to pulverize, gravel and tree removal at a cost of $47,000.00. Second by Zdunic. Yes-5, No-0. Motion carried.
