The Bennington Township Special Meeting was called to order by Lee Ash on December 17, 2008, 4:30pm at the Bennington Township Hall.

Present: Jim Forsythe, Cindy Garber, Lee Ash, Nancy Zdunic.

              Donna Ash, not present.

Agenda: Board of Review Appointments

Zdunic moved to suspend with regular meeting procedure and move on to the items of the day.  Second by Garber.  Motion carried.

Three letters of interest were received for a position on the Board of Review.

Forsythe moved to appoint Ed Franks to the Board of Review for a two year term beginning January 1, 2009.  Second by L. Ash. Roll call vote: All board members present in favor.  Motion carried.

Forsythe moved to appoint Dick Lucas to the Board of Review for a two year term beginning January 1, 2009.  Second by Zdunic.  Roll call vote: All board members present in favor.  Motion carried.

Forsythe moved to appoint D. Bill Koski to the Board of Review for a two year term beginning January 1, 2009.  Second by L. Ash.  Roll call vote: All board members present in favor.  Motion carried. 

Discussion of the Township Boards expectations of the Board of Review. 

Forsythe moved to adjourn.  Second by Zdunic.  Motion carried.
