Bennington Township Ambulance Special Assessment Hearing for the area covered by Owosso Township was called to order by Supervisor Lee Ash on September 10, 2008, 8:00pm at the Bennington Township Hall.
Present: Jim Forsythe, Nancy Zdunic, Lee Ash, Gerald Sayles, Donna Ash.

Ms. Wirth indicated that if you wanted the service you needed to pay for it.
Mr. Jim Forsythe moved to renew the Ambulance Special Assessment for the Owosso Township district at $30.00 per household per year for a term of four years. Second by Ms. Nancy Zdunic. Roll call vote: All board members in favor. Motion carried.
Mr. Forsythe moved to adjourn. Second by Mr. Sayles. Motion carried.
