The Bennington Township Special Board meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lee Ash, April 23, 2008, 1:00pm at the Bennington Township Hall
Present: Lee Ash, Nancy Zdunic, Gerald Sayles, Donna Ash.
Agenda Item: Township Board Trustee Vacancy
Sayles moved to suspend with regular meeting procedure and move on to the business of the day. Second by L. Ash. Motion carried.
L. Ash moved to request a letter of interest along with a resume from interested persons to fill the Township Board Trustee position due May 14, 2008, 4:00pm. with interviews being held on May 21, 2008, 6:00pm. Second by Zdunic. Roll call vote: All board members in favor. Motion carried.
Sayles moved to adjourn. Second by L. Ash. Motion carried.
Adjournment at 1:50pm.
