The Bennington Township Special Board meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lee Ash On February 14, 2008, 11:00am at the Bennington Township Hall.
Present: Nancy Zdunic, Lee Ash, Gerald Sayles, Donna Ash.
Ray Wirth not present.
Sayles moved to suspend with regular meeting procedure and move on to the business of the day. Second by L. Ash. Motion carried.
Agenda: PMSA Building Purchase Agreement
Sayles moved to accept the Purchase Agreement revised 2/12/08 for the PMSA Building from William Neuman as printed. Second by L. Ash. Roll call vote: All board members present in favor. Motion carried.
Sayles moved to adjourn. Second by L. Ash. Motion carried.
