The Bennington Township Special Board meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lee Ash on January 15, 2008, 4:00pm at the Bennington Township Hall.
Present: Lee Ash, Gerald Sayles, Donna Ash.
Agenda Item: PMSA Building Purchase Agreement.
D. Ash moved to suspend with regular meeting procedure and proceed to the agenda of the day. Second by Sayles. Roll cal vote: All board members present in favor. Motion carried.
Bennington Township was presented with a purchase agreement for the PMSA building dated January 2, 2008. Woodhull Township voted to reject the purchase agreement presented by Mark Hanna which involves a land contract agreement.
L. Ash moved to make a counter offer to the January 2, 2008 purchase agreement for the PMSA Building presented by Mark Hanna. Bennington Township would counter offer with a price of $160,000 at 7% interest, with $20,000 down payment with monthly payments beginning at the time the sale is complete. Second by Sayles. Roll call vote: All board members present in favor. Motion Carried.
D. Ash moved to adjourn. Second by L. Ash. Motion carried.
